What is CRS?

Sue has been in real eatate for 21 years and served as the 2004 President for the Delaware Association of REALTORS® . She was the 1999 President of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® and served twice the President of the Delaware Council of Residential Specialists. Sue is a graduate of the REALTORS® Institute and the Instructors Trainer Institute and holds the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist designation. She is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, a Certified Residential Specialist, At Home With Diversity specialist and E-Pro certified. Over the years Sue has served on numerous National Association of REALTORS® committees and was twice selected to serve on the NAR Board of Directors. This year she is a member of NAR's Housing Needs Committee and has been selected to join its Housing Needs Home From Work faculty. In 1996 Sue was selected Delaware's Salesperson of the Year and in 1998 she was chosen Delaware REALTOR® of the Year. She has served on the Board of Directors at Callaway, Farnell and Moore, Inc. since 1997 and served on the Education Committee of the Delaware Real Estate Commission for four years. She is currently a certified real estate instructor for NAR and DAR, is 2007 and 2008 Treasurer of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS(c), a 2008 DAR Director, and the 2008 NAR President's Liason to Ukraine. She is also currently serving on the NAR's Housing Needs Committee and the International Advisory Committee.
